- PCC and UA collaborate to start offering weekend and evening courses leading to an Associate of Arts at PCC and a Bachelor of Arts at UA
1991
- PCC Center for the Arts opens at West Campus
- The College announces plans to consider building six new campuses over the next 25 years in Northeast Tucson, Southwest Tucson, Green Valley, Sahuarita and Vail
1992
- Fall enrollment grew to over 30,000 students
1993
- The current Desert Vista Campus opened
1997
- The current Community Campus facility was opened in January
1998
- The College established the Northwest Community Learning Center, which would later be replaced by the Northwest Campus
