Accounting - Enrolled Agent

Certificate

Get the training you need to become an Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) awards. An Enrolled Agent is a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers.

Having earned a nationally recognized certification confirming competency in tax matters and professional ethics, Enrolled Agents can start their own tax practice or seek a career with accounting firms, law firms, corporate accounting departments, state departments of revenue, investment firms, banks, or private practices.

Pima’s Enrolled Agent program prepares you to sit for the IRS Special Enrollment Examination (SEE).
