Hospitality Advanced

Certificate

Pima’s Hospitality Advanced Certificate courses introduce students to the industry’s professional expectations, vocabulary, and tools and equipment. Courses focus on cold foods, hot foods, baking, nutrition, safety and sanitation, and restaurant/dining room operations.

Conditional Enrollment Program: You will be eligible to enroll in CUL courses once you have completed the requirement listed in Program Admissions and the Department has authorized your enrollment. See the program director or advisor for more information.
