Pima’s Paralegal program prepares you for an exciting legal career where you can support attorneys with critical tasks like legal research, drafting documents, and preparing cases for trial. What You Will Learn

Upon completion of the program, you will be able to:

  • Define the scope of the paralegal role, including legal ethics and the responsibilities delegated by attorneys
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with lawyers, clients, witnesses, court personnel and legal teams
  • Organize, analyze and apply legal information to prepare accurate and effective legal correspondence and documents for attorney review
  • Gain the knowledge, skills, values and abilities to become competent and ethical paralegals who can perform effectively in a variety of legal settings in the private and public sectors.
