Automotive, Ford ASSET

The Ford Automotive Student Service Education Training (ASSET) program is a two-year pathway that includes a paid apprenticeship at a Ford or Lincoln dealership and results in an Associate of Applied Science degree in Automotive Ford ASSET. Graduates may enter the workforce as entry-level dealership service technicians with a year of cumulative dealer service technician work experience and up to 100% of the certifications available from Ford Motor Company.

The Ford ASSET curriculum format alternates eight-week sessions of classroom and lab instruction with eight-week sessions of work experience in which students apply newly learned skills to their new career. Students can complete the program in less than two years (21 months), and program completers have 100% job placement.
