Thinking about a career in IT but not sure where to start? Pima’s IT Support Technician Certificate is a short-term program that gives you a solid foundation in system administration, networking, and troubleshooting.

You can complete this certificate fully online or choose in-person classes, whatever fits your schedule best. It’s a great starting point if you’re new to tech and want to qualify for entry-level roles like helpdesk support or IT technician. And, when you're ready to keep going, you can continue with the IT Specialist certificate to build on what you've learned.
