Honors
Certificate
The Honors Certificate offers students a variety of enrichment opportunities to help them attain their full academic potential. Students earn the certificate through classes they are taking as part of their primary degree or certificate pathway. HON 101 automatically fulfills the same requirements as STU 100, STU 106, and STU 107.
Students must complete at least 15 credit hours of Pima Honors courses, including HON 101, with an A or B grade, and graduate from Pima with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Students who choose not to pursue the certificate may still participate in the activities of the Honors Club or the Phi Theta Kappa scholastic honor society.
