Adult Learning Center Forums on February 22 and March 5

Pima Community College is holding community forums to help the College plan a vibrant future for our Adult Learning Centers -- El Rio, El Pueblo Liberty, and 29th Street Coalition.

The forums’ goal is to gather a diversity of insights from elected officials, community partners, and from community members who have been served by the Learning Centers over the past 25 years.

The goal is to find new ways to better serve our community over the next 25. The unprecedented events of the past two years have forced Pima to think hard about our mission and our place in the community. We want to create robust centers so that our neighbors can easily access learning and resources to achieve their academic and career goals.

Two forums are planned:

  • Virtual: Feb. 22, 1-2:30 pm.
    Click to join the meeting.

  • In person: March 5, 10-11:30 am
El Pueblo Liberty Adult Learning Center, 101 W. Irvington Road, Building 7.
Co-sponsored by U.S. Rep. Raúl Grijalva, Mayor Regina Romero and Vice Mayor Lane Santa Cruz.
    RSVP is requested.
