Joins us for Climate Community Day at Downtown Campus on April 2. The featured speaker PennElys Droz, Ph.D. will speak on “Building Collective (Indigenous) Futures. Droz, of Anishinaabe and mixed European descent," is curriculum coordinator with NDN Collective, an indigenous-led organization dedicated to building indigenous power. She also is a founding member of Sustainable Nations, an indigenous regenerative community development organization. Her vision is the re-development of thriving ecologically, culturally and economically sustainable native nations.
