PCC receives accreditor’s report

Tucson, AZ -- Pima Community College has received the final report from the December 2018 comprehensive evaluation visit by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) Peer Review Team.
The HLC accredits degree-granting colleges such as Pima.
The College will hold a meeting to share the recommendations of the Peer Review team and address questions.
- When: Feb. 14, 3-4 p.m.
- Where: Pima Community College District Office, 4905 E. Broadway, Room C-105 (Community Board Room)
The report, along with a letter from the HLC’s Review Team Leader and a summary dashboard of the team’s findings, can be found on the Accreditation page of pima.edu.
“Pima is expanding and enhancing the programs and services we offer to students and the community,” Chancellor Lee D. Lambert said in a message to the College community. “At the same time, we are constantly striving to improve existing processes, and thus we welcome the findings, as they help us focus on future activities to further our culture of consistent improvement.”
