Noncredit Summer Enrichment Classes for Youth and Teens
May 16, 2019
Tucson, AZ – Pima Community College offers a new noncredit summer program, Pima for Youth (formerly known as Pima for Kids and Teen Scene), for youth ages 9 to 17.
We keep the student-to-staff ratio low, which means lots of opportunities for individualized attention and guidance. The supportive learning environments promote a college-going culture, positive youth development and skills that are essential for pursuing education and career goals.
Pima for Youth participants experience hands-on learning and gain exposure to a college campus with access to state-of-the-art technologies and fully equipped labs.
Noncredit course topics range from culinary arts to automotive technology, 3D videogame design to Python coding, and more. For this summer’s complete class list, see the Pima for Youth class schedule or visit pima.edu/youth.
