PCC’s Free El Pueblo Fiesta to Focus on Citizenship, Families, May 6
Tucson, AZ – Pima Community College is hosting the El Pueblo Fiesta, a free event which will provide information and resources about citizenship and immigration during a family-friendly community fair.

- Where: El Pueblo-Liberty Learning Center, 101 W. Irvington Road, Building 7 [map]
The event is an opportunity to sign up for Pima’s free Citizenship Preparation classes, and features presentations on how to become a U.S. citizen. Immigration experts will be on hand to answer questions.
Catholic Community Services, Arizona Bilingual magazine, the Mexican Consulate and other organizations will have information booths. Additionally, Families United Gaining Access will have a bicycle repair clinic, The Pima County Health Department will be conducting health-related activities, and Saguaro National Park will have its mobile visitor center on site encouraging outdoor recreation and conservation.
In addition, there will be live music by Mariachi Los Diablitos from Sunnyside High School, food trucks, a vaccine clinic, raffles of prizes, and more.
