Pima Community College Welcomes Well Known Italian Chefs to Desert Vista Campus for Tour and Food Demonstrations
TUCSON, AZ – Pima Community College’s Hospitality and Leadership Center of Excellence along with Tucson, City of Gastronomy will host two renowned Italian chefs at our Desert Vista Campus on Saturday, January 20th.
Recently featured in Tucson Foodie:
Chef Nicole Zerbini and Mario Marini are well known in the Parma, Italy culinary scene which also shares the official distinction of Unesco City of Gastronomy. Zerbini will demonstrate how to make stuffed pasta for those who attend the event. This is a very unique and special opportunity where students and members of the Tucson community can gain first hand knowledge of the heritage and cooking techniques from a true culinary ambassador of Parma Italy, our sister city of gastronomy.
What: PCC to Welcome Italian Chefs, Nicole Zerbini and Mario Marini to tour new Culinary Kitchen at the Desert Vista Campus and take part in a pasta demonstrations

- Welcome Reception 2:30 PM - 3 PM
- Demonstration 3 PM - 4:30 PM
Where: The New Culinary Kitchen at the Desert Vista Campus, 5901 S Calle Santa Cruz, Pueblo Building, Rm. D104 with a Pasta making demo.
