Civil Engineering CAD Technician

Certificate


The Civil Engineering CAD Technician certificate is in a teachout phase. The certificate is being inactivated and students will have a year to complete any remaining courses.

Begin working toward a career as a CAD technician for land development, transportation or civil engineering firms. In this program, students learn basic drafting and design fundamentals using AutoCAD®, Civil 3D®, and MicroStation or ArcGIS computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
