Automated Industrial Technology Level I

Prepare for a career designing and maintaining the complex mechanical and electrical control systems that keep automated manufacturing lines up and running. Students will train on over $1 million worth of equipment, including robotics and programmable logic controllers, which simulates a real-world factory floor.
The program will prepare students for eight duty areas aligned with National Institute of Metalworking Skills (NIMS) including: maintenance operations; mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic process, and process control systems; and maintenance piping.
