Aircraft Airframe Mechanics

Certificate

The PCC Aircraft Airframe Mechanics certificate builds on the skills learned in the Aircraft General Mechanics certificate courses. 

Students learn how to inspect, assemble and repair aircraft sheet metal and composite structures, as well as how to inspect, service, install and repair aircraft support systems, and how to inspect, service, install and troubleshoot aircraft instruments and communication/navigation equipment.

Conditional Enrollment Program: You will be eligible to enroll in AVM courses once you have completed the requirement listed in Program Admission and the Department has authorized your enrollment. See the program director or advisor for more information.

Special Admissions Program: You are not fully admitted to this program until you have fulfilled the requirements listed above and below and have been officially admitted to the program. See the Aviation Program Assistant for details.
