College Event Services

Various types of events regularly take place on the Pima Community College campuses, each with its own complexities and resource needs. These events often require special considerations and collaboration with our office to ensure a smooth planning process.

Understand the Venues

Our Event Production Coordinator, Manager and Logistics Team are experienced at planning and managing a wide range of activities at all campus venues. We work closely with the Campus Operations Managers from each campus to create a positive event experience as you plan your event. Rentable spaces at Pima Community College can be found on the pima.edu homepage, under About Pima.

Services

We can help with event consultation, production creation, theatrical design and sets, logistics and external relations services such as video, audio, marketing, media and more.

Equipment

Our on-campus inventory includes hundreds of items. Review Facilities Event Services inventory for specifics. If there is anything not found in the catalog, we can outsource it on your behalf.

Business Partners

We have established a valued event relationship with many vendors in Pima County and surrounding areas. If there’s a special item needed for your event that we don’t carry, collaborating with a local vendor can really enhance your event experience.
