IPEDS Feedback Report

The Data Feedback Report graphically summarizes selected institutional data and compares the data with peer institutions, using the information that colleges submit by IPEDS surveys.

IPEDS Reports (by Collection Period)

Fall Collection (submitted 2024-25)

Institutional Characteristics - more detailed information about the College, including admissions and student services for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

12-Month Enrollment - the number of students and number for full-time equivalent students (FTSE) at the College for the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

Completions - the number of awards received by College students in the 2023-2024 Academic Year, broken out by gender, ethnicity, and area of study.

Cost I - Student charges and cost of attendance for full-time, first-time undergraduates

Winter Collection (submitted 2024-25)

Student Financial Aid - financial aid received by fall 2023 College students during the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

Cost II - Financial aid data used for calculating the net price of attendance: grant or scholarship aid awarded from the federal government, state/local government, or the institution, by income level in 2023-2024 Academic Year.

Graduation Rates - the number and percent of fall 2021 full-time, first-time, degree-seeking students who graduated within 150% of the intended time for their program.

200% Graduation Rates - the number and percent of fall 2020 full-time, first-time, degree-seeking students who graduated within 100%, 150%, and 200% of the intended time for their program.

Outcomes Measures - collects award and enrollment data from degree-granting institutions on four undergraduate cohorts at two points in time: six-year and eight-year.

Human Resources - the number of College faculty and staff by primary function, as of November 1, 2024. The survey also includes information on salaries and benefits for full-time faculty.

Spring Collection (submitted 2024-25)

Academic Libraries - library collections, library expenditures, and library services for libraries in degree-granting postsecondary institutions.

Fall Enrollment - students enrolled at the College in the fall of 2024, broken out by gender, ethnicity, age group, and student type.

Finance - assets, revenues, and expenses of the College in Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
