- Grade C = 75% (Pima will bill you directly, and you will be responsible for 25% of the cost of tuition, fees and any associated books.)
- Grade D or F = 0% (Pima will bill you directly, and you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of tuition, fees and any associated books.)
- Withdraw = 0% (Pima will bill you directly, and you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of tuition, fees and any associated books.)
- Incomplete (I) grade = AGM will pay for the course providing you complete the course and convert the “I” grade to a grade of A, B or C. You must complete the course within one year of the incomplete course end date.

Once the AGM Education Partner notifies our Client Services team to add your course(s) to the billing, the Client Services team will send you a pre-filled electronic FERPA for signature to your Pima email address.
Send your FERPA form and documentation (usually a copy of your driver’s license) to pcc-clientservices@pima.edu.
Note: Your FERPA must be submitted BEFORE Pima can protect your courses.
Pima’s Client Services team will ensure you have a current FERPA on file with the College. If not, they will send you a pre-filled electronic FERPA for signature to your Pima email address.
FERPAs protect the privacy of a student’s educational record and allows students control over who can receive information about their courses. Learn more about Pima's FERPA policy.
Pima’s deferred payment agreement with AGM allows Pima to share your grades with associates who have submitted FERPAs to the College, thereby allowing you to not pay for your most charges before grades are received.
FERPAs are good for one year. Pima’s Client Services team will ensure you have a current FERPA on file with the College. If not, we will email you and ask that you submit a new FERPA.
