The Office of College and Community Connection (C3 Office) is responsible for providing cultural connection within the College between employees and departments, between the College and its students, and between the College and the Community. An organization's culture is key to its success and Pima Community College we take pride in being a Community centered organization that celebrates our cultures, experiences, and needs. We provide a range of programming and services to meet these needs.
Immigrant and Refugee Student Resource Center (IRSRC)
The IRSRC provides services and resources for immigrant, refugee, and undocumented students. In addition to advising and immigration resources to apply to the College, the center offers legal referrals and Prop 308 assistance as noted below.

The Pima Care’s Center collaborates with Student Life, the Office of Employee Development, the Teaching and Learning Center, and other College areas to promote and support work in the areas of connection, respect, inquiry, kindness, accessibility, and excellence.

Pima Networks
Pima Community College centers itself in a culture of care, excellence, and learning. As such we value the perspectives, heritages, and lived experiences that make up our college community. Based on feedback through our various surveys and listening sessions, our community members have expressed the desire to cultivate connection and respect through collective work that enhances engagement between employees and students and each other.
Employees create Pima Networks In alignment with our strategic plan, culture of care plan, and our institutional behaviors; they must be open to all employees and follow the college’s code of conduct and expectations. Contact the C3 Office for details.
Honors/Phi Theta Kappa
The Honors and Phi Theta Kappa Department offer honors programming, classes, support, leadership, and community engagement opportunities. Both faculty interested in working with honors students, and students interested in joining the program or one of the clubs can find more information:
