Are you enrolled at PCC and another institution? Then this information is just for you!
If you're a student from Catholic University of America, on a Consortium Agreement, or in a 90/30 or Health Related Concurrent Program, click on those areas below for more information. Otherwise, click on Other below.
- Consortium Agreement Process
- Do not add PCC to your FAFSA
- Your home school will provide you with a Consortium Agreement form
- Submit your form via MyPima > Financial Aid > Document Upload or fax to 520-206-4566
- Please allow 10 business days for processing
- The form will be sent to your home school directly unless otherwise requested
- You will be responsible for paying your tuition balance at PCC
- By completing a consortium agreement with Pima Community College (PCC) you have agreed that the two institutions will share FERPA-protected information (Personally Identifiable) and Federal Student Aid Information on your behalf with one another, as necessary to facilitate your joint enrollment with the two institutions.
- If you have questions please contact us at 520-206-4950 or fahelp@pima.edu
- In general, students are only eligible for federal student aid at one institution at a time, your particular program may allow concurrent enrollment and participate in a consortium agreement. In which case, your federal student aid will be awarded at your 'home' institution and will be calculated based on the combined number of eligible credit hours enrolled at PCC and at your home university.
- PCC's Health Related Programs
- Contact the university that is considered your 'home' institution for additional information:
- If you need help determining your program of study and coursework contact an academic advisor.
- If you need help determining if you are a concurrent student contact fahelp@pima.edu
- Please keep in mind you may not accept FAFSA funding at two schools simultaneously. You must choose a primary/home school to accept funding.
- If you are concurrently enrolled in high school you are not eligible for financial aid while you are still enrolled in high school.
