Complaint Processes
In its goal to provide quality instruction and service, Pima Community College (PCC) provides students access to appropriate staff and administrators to resolve questions and concerns about PCC staff, policies, procedures or other actions or inactions of the College.
Students are strongly encouraged to resolve any concern by talking with the individual or faculty member and their supervisor if necessary.

Distance Education/Online Students Outside the State of Arizona
Distance Education/Online Students Outside the State of Arizona can access the support of AZ SARA. Prior to registering a non-instructional complaint with AZ SARA Council, the student must complete PCC's official complaint process.
If an issue cannot be resolved by Pima Community College’s internal processes, students in online courses who reside in SARA states may choose to file a complaint with AZ SARA. Students residing in states not participating in SARA may appeal to their state of residence. Please see below to find the contact information for each state agency that would handle the complaint. You may also contact our accrediting agency, the Higher Learning Commission.
