Sexual Harassment
Pima Community College is committed to maintaining an environment for work and education which is free of discrimination. It is the policy of the College that no member of the college community shall engage in sexual harassment. (BP 5.10: Equal Employment Opportunity, ADA, Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment (including Sexual Harassment).
Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome advances, requests for sexual favor(s), other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature, or the creation of a hostile work or learning environment through sexual overtones.
Complaints alleging sexual harassment should be reported through the Hotline, to the Office of Dispute Resources, or to a Title IX Coordinator to initiate the complaint procedure.
