Benefit Summary

Mandatory Retirement Plans - PCC employees that meet the retirement eligibility criteria (work 20 hours or more per week for 20 weeks or more) are required to elect between the two plans offered; ASRS and ORP, within their 30 day election period. Participation is mandatory and your election is irrevocable. 

Current contribution rate: 12.12% per pay period. College contribution: 100% match.
